My name is Sabine.
I am 31 years old, born and raised in West Jutland, and I have lived in Copenhagen for the past ten years. I am a curious person, deeply interested in how life is shaped and experienced differently by each of us, both in our personal lives and in the professional roles we step into.
I am a trained psychotherapist, educated at SEOP and approved by the Danish Association of Psychotherapists. In my work, I take an existential and experiential approach, meeting people with openness and respect for their unique life stories and ways of being in the world.
In my work, both in therapeutic settings and in organisational contexts, I am interested in how people navigate responsibility, choice and change. I believe that we are constantly in motion, and that change, even when it involves loss and uncertainty, can hold the possibility of new meaning, clarity and authenticity.

As a psychotherapist, I create a present and attentive space where you can sense your own experiences, emotions and choices, and where freedom, responsibility and meaning can become clearer points of orientation in your life. I have experience working with life crises, relational challenges, questions of identity and existential reflections on direction and transformation.

In my work with People and Wellbeing, I bring the same view of the human being into working life. Here I work with reflection, wellbeing, mental resilience and sustainable performance, often in roles characterised by high responsibility, pace and expectations. My focus is on creating space for clarity, human balance and meaningful development, without reducing complexity or turning people into instruments.

I believe that we can live and work more honestly and meaningfully when we begin to understand ourselves more deeply, and when we make choices that align with who we truly are, also in our professional lives.

This is my why.
What drives me, both as a psychotherapist and as a human being.

Whether you come as a private individual or in a professional context, I meet you with respect, presence and curiosity, where you are.
